Visitor is the main fact to approved AdSense. But there is no minimum requirement of visitors. It is also associated with AdSense revenue. If you have not enough visitor you can't get good amount. Visitor depends on content. So you have to decorate your blog with strong content.
3) Language

support any language. They have some supported language. If you want to create a blog in your mother tongue like bangla you can do this. But you can't get AdSense. So you have to create a blog in AdSense supported language.
Post
Post is another important fact for AdSense. If you want an AdSense account your blog will have enough text. Only by videos or images can't get AdSense approval. So make sure your blog have enough text. Text will complete sentence; broken line or phrase will be suspended by AdSense.
